Located between the Rhône and Saône rivers, Brasserie Le Nord is the first brasserie to be opened in Lyon by Paul Bocuse in 1994. At the heart of the Presqu'île, Le Nord offers to revisit the standards of the Traditional Cuisine of Lyon in a warm decor that kept its 1990's authenticity. On the first floor, in a quiet environment, several private rooms allow for business meetings and family receptions.

In 1995, the influence of Mediterranean Cuisine growing significantly, Paul Bocuse opens the Brasserie Le Sud, only two steps away from the renowned Place Bellecour. Le Sud invites you to a sunny escapade, drenched with Mediterranean and Oriental flavours. Extra virgin olive oil as well as spices compliment our fish, meat and poultry.

Created in 1997, La Brasserie de L'Est settled in the iconic Brotteaux train station, a historical landmark. Entering the Est is like rolling in a train station, with their non-stopping back-and forth of travellers. Travel the world through the Cuisine of La Brasserie de L’Est: smoked or marinated fish, Cantonese rice with prawns and squid, Mediterranean veal scallop, the menu takes you along a world of flavours.

An Island Inspired CuisineBrasserie L'Ouest

Located on the Saône coast, in the Vaise's Quatier de l'Industrie, the Brasserie de L'Ouest opened in 2003 and offers a classical Cuisine with hints of exotic flavours. The design of the restaurant combines wood and metal giving it both a warm and modern feel. The large open kitchen and the dynamic squad led by Chef Charlie Dumas will impress you. Created in 2012, the Restaurant Fond Rose is situated in an completely renovated bourgeois house of the 1920's. In Caluire, not far from the Saône river, Fond Rose is nested in a magnificent hidden garden and offers a « Cuisine des Bords de Saône » in a natural environment. This restaurant has an open kitchen, a beautiful dining room lit by a glass ceiling and several private rooms that can accommodate business meals and family receptions.
